I am fundamentally an optimist. Whether that comes from nature or nurture, I cannot say. Part of being optimistic is keeping one's head pointed toward the sun, one's feet moving forward.
There are many dark moments when my faith is sorely tested, but I can not and will not give myself up to despair, to negativism. I don't know what might happen today, tomorrow or next week. But I still go forward. Because I trust. Because I have Faith.
Today I am thankful for my Faith.
