They were once little boys who looked to me for everything -
love, protection and guidance. They loved me unconditionally and snuggled up to
be hugged at a moment’s notice. They are now men and though they will always be
at the center of my life, I am no longer at the center of theirs. Their own
sons and daughters have taken over that role. I am so proud of them that it
makes me proud of me. I hope they know that.
